Fix It

We see the world, ourselves, those around us the way that we choose to see them. We see them the way we feel most internally, whether we are conscious of it or not. The way that we feel about ourselves will be what we put out into the world. Is the way you see yourself the way you want the world to see you? Is the way you treat yourself the way you want to treat the world?

We have to make the conscious choice to choose positive emotions and choices over negativity every single day. If you go out to seek bad things that are happening in the world, you will find them. If you go out and seek the good- you will help to multiply it.

Think about that. What are you feeling inside, in the deepest darkest place of yourself? Would you put those emotions on your best friend? Your sister? Your child? If you don’t address them and check yourself daily that is what you will do. If you don’t address your mess, your mess will take over your life.

So how do we do that? How do we address our mess? Here are a few steps to help get you started.

  1. Acknowledge your issues.
  2. Stop and explore why you have these issues to begin with.
  3. Make conscious decisions to alter your patterns.
  4. Repeat as needed.

It’s that simple, acknowledge, find out why, change it. Move on.
